Senior VP for Direct Material Category Mechanics, Equipment and Services with a spend of almost 1 Bio Euro p.a. Leadership of cross Business Unit procurement teams. Strong focus on process optimization through extension of 2nd tier management.

2010-2020: Siemens
Senior VP for Category Logistics, responsibility for global spend. Key member of the management team, centralizing the global indirect spend from 2010-2012. Definition and implementation of pooling strategy and organization for global Logistics procurement, with a volume of approx. 2 billion Euro p.a. with >70 procurement specialists worldwide. Procurement savings of more than 300 Mio in first 3 years and streamlining of cost of organisation. Successfull implementation of leading edge digitilization projects, such as autonomous sourcing bot, digital global ratecard,continuous price benchmarking and sustainbility projects

2005-2009: WSAudiology (formerly Siemens Audiology)
Head of Accounting, Controlling and global strategic Procurement of a German Hearing Instruments company.
Defnition, set up and leading strategic procurement accross 20 affiliates with procurement volume of > 200 Mio € p.a.. Leadership for an international team of ~ 15 Procurement and Logistics specialists. Achieved significant savings through introduction of global & regional tenders, active material management and push of sourcing in China.

2000-2004: Siemens Healthineers
CFO a of software business unit. Development, negotiation and implementation of a software license with internal customers and other medical companies in USA and Asia . Acquisition and integration of a technology company in Israel.

1997-1999: Infineon
CFO for Microcontroller business. Responsible for a business volume of > 300 Mio Euro, Doubling business volume in 3 years, streamlining product portfolio and turn around of business into profits
